Less than 24 hours after facelift, necklift, and buccal fat removal

35 year old male with no neck contour wants a more well defined jawline and facial structures. We offered an isolated necklift, which will treat just the neck, or full facelift and necklift which will also treat the face. He opted for the full treatment. Swelling and bruising will come down over the next few weeks.

70 year old female wants minimal surgery to rejuvenate her face. We took small volume liposuction from the lower abdomen to do this.

70 year old patient wants a subtle change and minimal surgery, with long lasting result. We offered facial fat grafting to the lower eyelid to add volume and blend the loss of volume in the cheek.Also add small amount of fat to the lip to increase volume here subtly.

The patient had massive weight loss in the past, and had previous brachioplasty by a different surgeon. She is 4 days out from an arm lift and arm liposuction.
