Arrival

Upon arrival in Lubbock, TX, we look forward to welcoming you to our office for your in-person consultation with Dr. Boonipat, where we’ll review your surgical plan and address any last-minute questions. This appointment typically takes place 1-2 days before your surgery, followed by your pre-operative appointment.
Surgery
-
Dr. Boonipat performs surgeries at a State-Certified Ambulatory Surgery Center connected to a hospital for your safety.
Recovery
-
The post-operative experience for our out-of-town patients will vary depending on the surgery performed. We offer several options for concierge nurse staffing to assist with at-home care during your stay. In general, we recommend patients remain in town until all sutures are removed, usually 5-10 days post-surgery. In some cases, dissolvable sutures may be used. Depending on the surgery, you might only need to stay for 1-3 days before returning home. Once you return home, we will continue to monitor your recovery and healing process via televisits.
