Russian Lip Lift
So my approach to lip fers I'm very conservative I do not want you to look like those Hollywood with the dark lip so in the natural lip you can see here actually the upper lip should be thinner than the lower lip so the way I do is we are very minute amount of the fillers in a vertical direction to augment your lift and lift it up so that you get a natural result.
-
How is this different than regular filler injection?

-A new way of injecting the tip, with the goal to make the lip fuller and taller, and avoid overdone or ducky look.
-The retrograde vertical pillar injection acts as a strut to vertically stretches the lip, avoiding outward projecting the lip (which can lead to the ducky look). We will typically inject 0.5ml of high G prime filler (example: Juvederm Voluma from Allergan) in a superficial location and reassess the result at 2-3 weeks, to not create an overdone look.
-This gives your lip a more heart-shaped lip, as oppose to a more sausage like lip in the traditional horizontal injection.
-It accentuates the central portion of the lip.
-There is more injection entry points along the vermillion border, giving us more control of how your lip looks.
-The superficial subdermal plane also decreases the risk of vascular complication, because there is less blood vessels in that location.
